My brother in law purchased the lunch pal and diaper bag and I’ve taken good care of them and it’s still in good condition but the lunch pal started to stain and I tried to clean it but it’s not coming off. I’m not sure where the brown snd grayish stain came from. Wish it was easy to clean.

Was gifted this at our baby shower and was so excited to be able to take bottles/breast milk and have a place to store it after pumping when out! Unfortunately, while cute and functional, the outside of the bag ends up sweating when it has ice packs in it and while it offers some insulation, it just doesn't keep it super cold for more than 6 hours. Good for short trips, but not all day use.

I was super excited to get the matching set for the backpack and lunch pal but was upset to find it didn’t even last 1 use. I’m not sure if there is a defect in how these products are made because my lunch pal was ruined after 1 use. I traveled with a frozen milk bag in the lunch pal for my baby. I noticed that the outside print of the lunch pal was turning brown. I tried to wipe it thinking something spilled on it, to find out it was the perspiration leaking through the lining. So now I have a brown tinted lunch pal that it becoming mildewed. This section is supposed to be waterproof so it sucks.
