Broken strap
Wish I could give 0 stars the backpack was very nice and well made except for the straps! I bought this for our recent trip to Disney and the one strap completely broke off while in the Magic Kingdom ! It was the first day I used the back. Very disappointed was so excited to use this for our trip and to have it not even last one day was very upsetting.
