Cheap packaging
The necklace itself is nice. It’s a gift for my sister so I cannot attest to how well it will last or how it wears.
My main complaint is with how the necklace is packaged for shipping. I just feel like a $580 necklace should come in a nicer box. There’s no indication of the brand and it arrived in a Nordstrom brand jewelry box. Since this item is a gift, I just feel like the necklace looks cheap in a bag within a Nordstrom jewelry box.
