Darling, but disappointed!

I would like Nordstrom to address the description of this item, and I hope this was just an oversite. The description states "a pair of optional straps" and "removable chain strap". This bag arrived with only the tan leather strap attached. Extremely disappointed that this $300 bag did not include the cute gold chain strap, as pictured and stated in the description. Hoping someone at Nordstrom contacts me and makes this right. It should not be on me to go to the store and get this addressed. I wonder if Clare V knows that Nordstrom seems to have a history of including a description and not providing the item?
