What it is: A potent, aromatic medication masque designed to exfoliate dead skin cells, deep clean the T-zone, de-clog pores and dry up blemishes.
Who it's for: Ideal for those with oily or problem skin types.
What it does: It's formulated with 10% sulfur, which dries and clears blemishes while kaolin clay helps absorb excess oil. Eucalyptus oil is antibacterial and helps prevent future breakouts and aloe vera soothes and hydrates the skin.
How to use: After cleansing and exfoliating, take a generous amount of masque and apply to face and neck. Allow to dry, then rinse thoroughly with cool water using fingertips. Follow with tonic, moisturizer and/or sun protection, depending on skin type. Use once a week, or daily as a spot treatment.

Love this mask!!!
This mask is awesome! It is the perfect consistency, not too thick or thin and glides on effortlessly. I leave it on for 10 minutes (because I have sensitive skin). It comes off super easy with water and leaves my face feeling refreshed. I use it once a week and have absolutely noticed a reduction in redness and blemishes on my face. My face is almost completely cleared of blemishes. It is especially nice that it works well with sensitive skin. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great mask!!

burns my eyes
Burns my eyes when washing it off. Its says 'avoid eyes' so I wash my face with my eyes closed only for them to burn for nearly 30 minutes after use. This has made the experience of using it impossible. Absolute waste of money.

Not the product pictured!
There used to be two versions of this masque, one of which was the one pictured here. The newer masque is called Therapeutic Sulfur Masque and it's the one you will get if you order this product from Nordies.
Unfortunately, that mask isn't quite the same, though it's very similar. It has a very long lasting sulphur smell that you cannot get rid of for days, no matter what you do. It also doesn't have aloe, so it's not as soothing. I figured I would try but it's really not the same even though it seems to be quite similar.
Bottom line: What you see will not be what you get! I reached out to Nordstrom to mention this the other week but it's still as yet unchanged on the site.

Formula Changed
Did you change the formula? I used this for years and it was SO good!! I bought a new jar and have broken out each time I’ve used it. I’m so bummed! Maybe I just got a bad batch? All I know is I can’t use it anymore.

Here after 1st use!
Listen. I'm writing a review after my 1st use of this product. I am blown away! I work in manufacturing with chemicals, dirt, etc. I have tried so many different products trying to rid my skin of the toxic crap it deals with on a daily basis. I had lost all hope there for awhile and thought this was just something I was going to have to deal with. I'm not a doctor, but after some extensive research, I believe I'm dealing with fungal acne. My face was always itchy and bumpy, especially my jaw area & nose. I JUST rinsed my face after using this product and the bumps are virtually gone! I'm amazed! Thank you!

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been frustrated by the increased size of my pores over the past year. This is the first product that gave me noticeable results! I have used it twice and my skin looks smooth, pores are hardly visible, and I feel great. Highly recommend!
