What it is: A nightly resurfacing serum with a high-potency 15% glycolic acid complex.
What it does: This serum also contains 1.5% time-released microencapsulated retinol to help visibly improve the look of skin's texture, clarity and tone, along with fine lines and wrinkles. Allantoin and adenosine help soothe skin's appearance. Niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and collagen leave skin appearing healthy, plump and glowing.
Research results:
In a four-week consumer perception study on 34 women from ages 37–55:
- 100% agreed skin did not feel tight or dry
- 97% agreed the look of skin's texture was improved
- 97% agreed skin had improved clarity
- 94% agreed skin looked renewed and less dull
- 91% agreed skin appeared more even-toned
How to use: Apply nightly. Use SPF protection during the day. If mild irritation or redness occur, use every other night until skin adjusts. Gradually build to nightly use.

Great for Lifting Droopy Skin
I was apprehensive to try this because my skin tends to be sensitive; but, this is my second favorite PTR product after the Potent-C Niacinamide Treatment. This product lifted the droopy skin that runs from bottom of nose to lower lip. Don't be afraid of the glycolic because it did not dry out my skin at all; in fact, it's a bit on the moisturizing side. I live in the desert and have such dry skin but this did not dry out my skin and it did not irritate it. For my skin, this product was amazing for it's lifting and was just a tiny bit superior to plain retinol for it's lifting impact. It was so gentle to my dry sensitive skin and had such a great lifting impact that I just ordered the same product in the eye mask.

Not as expected
After reading customer reviews, I thought I would give this serum a try. After 4 weeks of continuous use, I see no significant changes or improvement to my skin.

Such a great find
I bought this a little over a month ago and it's amazing. My skin is looking great and while I do have acne prone skin this hasn't led to a break out. It seems to be keeping my skin clear, but I can't be sure it's this product or just coincidence. Beyond active acne, it is lessening my post hyperpigmentation and overall my skin looks smoother. I don't find it very irritating or drying, but I do have fairly tough skin that doesn't react strongly to actives so i use it nightly without issue, but you may want to start slowly. I am planning to continued to repurchase.

My skin finally feels hydrated and plump
I have had trouble with my skin dull and feeling dry no matter how much I moisturize. I been using this for a few days in the evenings and my skin feels so soft and the lines in my forehead don’t look as prominent. Its lasts all day the softness.

Absolutely Great Results!
This even smoother glycolic retinol resurfacing serum has in 2 weeks lighting my sun spots & the two I had on my forehead are just about gone! My crows feet & expression wrinkles are so much better! Great for aging skin
I was using Proactiv since I was a teenager but felt like it was not working anymore so I did my research and switched to Peter Thomas Roth. However, I used other products but did not have great results, until I stumbled on this product! I love it! I am noticing less laugh lines and my skin is smoother! I even noticed that the dark spots are getting lighter! I get compliments from my co workers who noticed how smooth my skin looks!
