As I have insinuated in my review title this is another quality item from Peter Millar. It's suitable in all but very heavy driving rain but the jacket is designed to be waterproof resistant not totally waterproof. The jacket is very stretchy and allows total movement. This jacket is absolute quality and suitable for the most discerning golfer
