For years I struggled to find a blazer that didn't require extensive alterations. Thanks to a Nordstrom associate, Peter Millar is my go-to brand. The fabrics are excellent and the fit is perfect!

A bit more trim than suggested
This blazer is made from a high-quality, lightweight fabric that looks and feels good, although it wrinkles fairly easily. However, I was surprised that the description was a classic fit, but it is more like a trim fit - sufficiently big in the chest but more tapered in the waste. If you are expecting a loose-fitting classic cut blazer, this is not the one. Otherwise, I recommend it.

This is a beautiful sports jacket. I bought two for my husband upon discovering that he had grown out of the other two from a previous purchase years ago. The fabric has a fine feel and drapes beautifully. Very happy with the purchase.

Sales experience great, tailoring not so great
Purchased a very nice Peter Millar sport coat from Ron, who was very professional. It needed only minor alterations. Came back a week later and it was too tight. Tailor said it looked fine but it wasn't. Had to return again (25 miles) in another week to pick up.
