Poor Quality of Buttons
The last SEVERAL Nordstrom brand shirts have had buttons break shortly after purchase. In fact, the last one had two sleeve buttons break before I even wore it! I took it to my dry cleaner and it came back looking just like others. If your buyer isn't smart enough to realize that the Nordstrom brand name is being degraded, get a new buyer. I don't expect this from you ~ as a customer for over 25 years.
