CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO TRASH
I ordered this intending it to be a xmas gift for a family member and selected that it was a gift at checkout and asked for a printed gift message. When the package arrived there was no printed gift message. Fine. I messaged customer service to ask for help (thinking one could be emailed to me so I could print myself, etc.). They say that they "can't provide a gift receipt for this item". It is bought through Nordstrom, and gave me the option to select it as a gift at checkout? So why on Earth can't I get a gift receipt?
