Size down
I ended up returning this, and I should've sized down, but given I'm 6 months pregnant, I thought sizing up was needed. The dress looked super awkward on the top and was way too baggy. I didn't end up exchanging for a smaller size because I found something else for the event I was attending, but I really wanted this to look as cute as it does on the model!

Arm band too tight
