Niamh Pleated Cutout Satin Midi Dress

I have opened the two dresses I purchased for pick up in the same store and one of them (this green dress) had a HUGE MENSTRUAL STAIN on the bottom back of the dress. This was supposed to be a brand new dress paid at FULL PRICE, and received a used bloody contaminated dress, just disgusting, even the tag was wormed out. Who is doing Quality Control at Nordstrom? I did know Nordstrom sold SECOND HAND CLOTHES like a CHEAP THRIFT STORE . Horrible and embarrassing moment in public, plus the person on the pick up table with ZERO customer service attention and ZERO empathy just pointed me to go to get a refund. Good thing I have managed to find a customer service number for a proper complaint and were the only ones that were helpful at all, but still it felt very casual for the gravity of the issue . I have bought from Nordstrom before and did not had this kind of experience before. The whole supply chain should be reviewed and audited properly and track down the root cause of the poor quality control system. Horrible, just horrible experience.
