Wrong item sent, 3 weeks til refund
Nordstrom sent the wrong item. It was the right brand but they sent a skirt instead of a sweater. Then when I called rhey sent over a return label but said the refund would take 3 weeks to hit my PayPal.
I asked I could simply exchange for the proper item, since it was their mistake. They said no and that I would have to repurchase the item.
This didn't feel good all around

Love it!
As a 6ft tall lady, I’m used to getting cute sweaters that are not long enough. This one was so cozy, and long on my arms I absolutely LOVE it. I wish there was more colors, I would buy them all!

More blue in person, but very warm and cozy
This sweater is extremely cozy and warm. The knit/material was a little different than I was expecting and it is more blue in person than in the pictures, but I love the quarter-zip and boxy fit.
