Luella One-Shoulder Satin Slipdress

I ordered this back in February as a bridesmaid dress in a size 2 and it fit great, but there were some loose threads and snags right in the front, so I returned it and ordered another. A month later, I realized it never came, looked at the status and it said returned, so I called Nordstrom and they said it was returned to the warehouse during shipping, so it must have been damaged. Don’t know why I wasn’t notified, but okay, I ordered it a third time. This one came, but fit significantly looser than the first one. So I ordered a 0. That one fit correctly, but arrived with stains on it and now it was out of stock! I went into the store and told them all the hassles and asked if they’d be willing to either clean the stains out of the 0 or offer free tailoring on the 2 and they said no. Their costumer service has reeeally changed in the last 5 years. They’ve gotten very stingy and are now much more comparable to a lower end department store. I returned both dresses and then several weeks later, with the wedding day getting closer, saw that the 0 was back in stock so ordered it immediately for the SIXTH time now. A few days later I get an email that my order was cancelled because it’s out of stock. I’m done. Forget this dress and forget Nordstrom while you’re at it.
