Why does Nordstrom carry this crap brand?
Been shopping at Nordstrom for 30 years and the quality of this brand (the name even I can’t) is abysmal. Nordstrom used to be high end, this is SHEIN crap.

Lovely, But Snug
Fabric is super soft, color is lovely, (just as shown), overall, very feminine. However, the ruched waist is tight for the size. I guess that's why it has a side zipper up the whole length of the shirt - otherwise you couldn't get it on. I'd recommend ordering a size up.
