Broken zipper
This arrived with a completely broken zipper and loose threads. Extremely disappointed to see Nordstrom sending such low quality inventory. When I called, they didn’t ask any questions about the damaged item and gave me no options other than a standard mailed return. I was supposed to wear this to a wedding this weekend.

poor quality but cute
So flattering in the right size (size down 1 from your damson madder smocked dress size). It’s the same quality as every other damson madder piece. The first dress I ordered arrived with a broken zipper, but that’s just this brand in my experience.
