Worth the price (Especially on sale)
When you follow the directions, eat the suggested foods or healthy alternatives, exercise, and get enough sleep, this stuff works exactly as promised. I will definitely re-order it if I need another jumpstart.
It doesn't work miracles, and none of the changes were drastic. However, I can tell that it boosted my metabolism and energy levels, helped me adjust to a regular schedule, and set me on the right path to getting more healthy.
The only downside is that you sometimes get an unpleasant taste (or forgive my saying - burp) during the day. But supplements aren't there to taste good. ^_^

don't bother
So disappointed. It not only smelled horrible going down (5 pills per pack!), but it made me nauseous and after diligently taking it for the 10 days did absolutely nothing. I'd love a refund on this, but I did take all the packs... not sure how this works. I expected way more from Perricone MD. Especially because I took 15 pills per day! Uhg!?

Lots of Pills to take but I think it's working!
These boost your metabolism and keep you healthy. Just lots of pills to take - 6, three times per day!

Great!
Expensive!, but these supplements really help to curb my appitite. I take one packet per day and it does the trick for me. They give me additional energy without the jitters. I recommend these for anyone who wants to take short-term to lose weight. I feel better when I take them, too.

The Metabolic Diet supplements are the absolute best supplements I have ever taken..I used them during the 10 day detox. No jitters, lots of energy, curbs cravings = success! I highly recommend these!

Super satisified with The Metabolic Formula!
First off, I have never done any sort of detox or cleanse, so I am always somewhat skeptical when "miracles" are being sold. I saw The Metabolic Formula on sale during the Anniversary Sale and did extensive research, finally following my gut (literally) and purchasing them a few weeks later. I am so glad I did! I was initially only going to take the supplements but decided to try out the diet as well. I can tell you, I am not fighting hunger pangs and actually feel more full than I did before. I'm a vegetarian so I've been substituting the salmon for vegan protein. The pills don't make me feel jittery at all, and I actually get excited for my next "dose." I can tell such a difference in my skin, my hair and nails, and most of all, my attitude. I'm far less irritable and notice that my anxiety has washed away with all of the sugar that was detoxed from me. My motivation for trying this formula was mental clarity; I wanted to rid myself of poor eating habits and lethargy and start feeling like I could take on the day again. The feeling light and not as bloated is just an added bonus. I highly recommend trying out this product!
