Best vitamins ever!
I started taking these vitamins in June of 2009, a few months before my brother's wedding. The vitamins are targeted for the skin. I must be honest, I do still suffer an occasional breakout. Usually, they follow a night I don't wash my face before going to bed. But, I've definitely noticed a difference and so have my friends and family: my skin has a much healthier glow to it.
The best part is, that my immune system has drastically improved. Prior to taking these vitamins, i would get sick after a weekend of traveling through airports and lack of sleep. It's been around 9 months, I've traveled across the globe, have been surrounded by sick people, but have managed not to get sick.
I've recommend these vitamins to my friends and family. They're a bit pricey, but are excellent. Also, many multi vitamin pills leave my stomach feeling upset--i've taken this cocktail all at once and have had no issues with that.
Everyone should give these vitamins a try!

Not Working
I am sooo disappointed with a product I have adult hormonal acne and it didn't do anything to my skin I've been take it for almost two month :(

Good vitamins, didn't help my complextion
These are very good, high quality vitamins.
I was able to take them without getting stomach upset which often happens.
The Omega-3 did tend to repeat unless I took them right before eating breakfast.
I wanted to try these out before moving on to the more expensive packets and I'm glad I did.
I have taken the vitamins for an entire month and honestly do not see any difference in my skin. Who knows, maybe I will notice it once I stop taking them but for now I will not be purchasing them again.

I second everything the other reviewer said. They certainly don't make you immune to breakouts- but if you take them religiously and are the same with your hygiene and water intake you will see amazing results. I get lazy sometimes all of these things, and not taking the vitamins makes the biggest difference. I only had moderate acne to begin with- mostly just dullish skin with clogged pores, blackheads and spots here and there; nothing good makeup couldn't deal with- but now I can actually go out feeling confident with no makeup on at all. i also feel awesome when i take these and my nails are stronger.

After using this product for 2 weeks, my mom said my skin is getting better, though I am not sure it is only self-suggestion or real effect~ :p Will continue use it though.

i have just taken the package everyday for a month. My skin is getting better even though still have acne, my face is getting better. I will keep taking this and I really recommended
