I don’t like lavender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the facial scrub a few times a week, but I just don’t like the smell. The lavender is way too strong and overpowers the scent of peppermint. I just don’t like lavender. Maybe if they took out the lavender I’d give this another try, but as it is it gives me a headache from the smell. As far as exfoliating, it seems to do just as well as any other type of facial scrub.

Watery astringent. Not a wash.
I really enjoy the AOS products. I’ve been buying for many many years. This particular product though has me confused. I bought to give it a shot and per the directions I thought it was some type of wash - “lather up”. But you can’t. It’s literally an astringent like peppermint alcohol. There is no lather or anything like the directions indicate. I’m not mad - but this should be applied with a cotton ball. Unless I got a bad batch?

Smells Fantastic
My man's Beard has NEVER smelled BETTER! Peppermint smells SO much better than the LAST MEAL he devoured which was ALWAYS the case with his enormous beard, and it ( PEPPERMINT) LASTS most of the DAY TOO! This cleans great, leaving it nice/shiny & smooth!

It smells amazing as well, I can’t get enough of that peppermint smell it has. I love using it everyday along with the beard conditioner. Together they leave my beard fresh and soft and smelling great. Not to mention it helps me to manage a longer beard and keep it under control.
