Halfeti Leather Eau de Parfum

I own several Penhaligon’s fragrances and this is probably one of the most unique in their lineup. It’s a deep, rich and exciting take on the Oud theme and I think the stand-out in the Trade Routes series. Performance is insane with all day longevity (will linger on clothes for weeks) but it’s not obnoxious and maintains a fairly steady scent bubble for the duration. It is unisex and sometimes listed as a feminine fragrance but it’s a spicy, floral leather and as a man who tends to wear old school masculines (Belami, Antaeus, Aramis) I find this perfectly down the middle if not masculine leaning. Be aware that there are fakes out there of this fragrance. I purchased such a fake on eBay that seemed too good to be true- and it was. I ended up purchasing here at Nordstrom for full price knowing I was getting a genuine product and side-by-side with the fake (which was a very good fake) it was clearly apparent (the fakes have become deceptively good).
