Beautiful boots!
I have wanted a pair of Penelope Chilvers boots for years! They are made of beautiful leather and I love the fact that they have a good year welted sole which I can replace...much more eco-friendly! The foot size is generous. As I am in between sizes, I went down a size that fits perfectly. A friend of mine has wider calves and she went for the standard shaft length. I noticed on the Penelope Chilvers website that they are now selling a wider calf fitting for the girls who are much fitter than me! All you sporty girls out there. I hope this has been helpful.

wanted to love but
I have had my eyes on these for awhile and wanted to love them - 2 things :
1 - ordered my usual size and cd barely fit my foot in the hole to the foot bed
2 - there’s a buckle at the top on the zipper side that u either have to undo every single time or loop the cute tassel thru every single time - most impractical
Otherwise they are very cute well made and a perfect color.

Beautiful boots!

Beautiful Boots
I LOVE these boots. The leather is beautiful - color and supple. I usually wear a size 8US and I ordered a Size 8US/39EU. Some of the reviews I read said they ordered a 1/2 size smaller and I am so glad I didn't as these boots fit perfectly! They are a little pricey, but they look great!

Beautiful boots
These boots are great. Only problem is that they fit very tightly to the leg. I need to order the generous calf fit from the PC website.
I can zip these up but the one leg was tighter than the other. True to size and well made. I’m a US8 and got the 39.

The best boots ever
I wanted a pair of these long tassel boots for years. I finally purchase this pair an oh my God they fit like a glove. They were a little tight around the leg for the first day and then they fit perfectly. I really wish they would market these boots to men as its a great boots for guys

Too small.
These boots are beautiful but I had to return them because they were too small to get on and when I did finally get them on they were so tight in the calf. I really love these boots and will eventually get them in a bigger size. The return process was easy. I'll buy from Nordstrom again.

Tight couldn't get foot in
The boots are beautiful and well made but I ordered a half size larger and it was still impossible to get my entire foot in. I'm returning and getting a full size larger. There are others saying they fit true to size but I find that these run small and narrow.
