This is such a nice, high quality jacket. I imagine it will get me though most of winter as it feels quite heavy/warm but I love that it isn't bulky. I got my usual size and have room for sweaters underneath. The length is just below my hips in the front, a little longer in the back - I am 5'11.

Great high quality coat
This is such a nice, high quality jacket. I imagine it will get me though most of winter as it feels quite heavy/warm but I love that it isn't bulky. I got my usual size and have room for sweaters underneath. The length is just below my hips in the front, a little longer in the back - I am 5'11.

If only this fit me!
I have been looking for the perfect wool coat with a hood. I thought this was it! But sadly it was just too big and I had to return it. I'd probably be fine with a petit. For reference, I ordered an xs and I'm 5'1", 105lb. The coat itself was beautiful and I loved the green silk-like liner. If it had fit me it would have definitely become a staple in winter. I'm so disappointed. I highly recommend if you're a little taller!

Finally
I’ve been searching for a good coat for two years, and I’m finally more than satisfied. Pendleton style is timeless and classic and the details are to die for. I purchased in oatmeal. It’s a beautiful neutral, not too light in color, and the lining is gorgeous. Length is at mid-thigh, and the cut is flattering. Not bulky, but warm enough for NJ weather with a scarf and a sweater underneath. Curved seams and curved hem at the back provide shape (which is absent in so many winter coats). Arms are a bit long, (I’m 5’4) but I can have them hemmed. Sturdy zipper glides smoothly. Happily wore this coat through a mild winter. And shout out to Nordstrom customer service for smoothly handling a price adjustment via online chat when my purchase went on sale! If between sizes, size down.

Great weekend coat
Beautiful coat, wool felt soft and cozy. Oatmeal color is lovely, perfect casual neutral. Sleeves were very long, returned as a result.

Quality, function, and style... oh my
Love this coat!! I know I will be wearing it all the time once the weather changes. It is functional for the cold and wet but also very stylish. Much better for around town than the technical rain gear that I have. Well done Pendleton!

Veratile Coat
I wanted so much to love this coat. In black it is a nice fabric that looks like it will wear forever, as a Pendleton would. A nice bright striped lining would be cheering on a cold day and fun to accessorize. However, the size Medium swallowed size 8 me. Sleeves were way long. Small in black sold out. So sadly, returning it.
