Quality inconsistent with price
I'm still deciding on whether to keep these shoes. I purchased them for occasions where I need a bit of a heel but also need a practical, lower wedge heel. I need professional shoes that can go from touring a manufacturing facility to a c-suite presentation. The nude color is neutral, but I would prefer a warmer shade. I have other shoes by Pella in size 7.5, but purchased these in an 8. They are a tiny bit long but the ankle strap helps. I usually wear a 7.5 in heels/pumps/sandals and an 8 in other closed-toe shoes, flats, and boots. My foot measures a tad wider than 7.5 medium, not quite wide. These do cut into the side of my foot. They might stretch but the lining is synthetic, limiting the amount of stretch. The right shoe had numerous stiff threads and excess Velcro that poked my ankle. With scissors and tweezers I mostly fixed it but I shouldn't have to perform surgery on new shoes. The heel height is comfortable, the toe is flattering, and the strap length is good (also has elastic so the strap and shoe moves with you). The toe box is shallow, which could be a problem with thicker toes. The quality of the materials are not great and make this shoe overpriced at $160, $89 seems appropriate.
