Keesa Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

I own two pairs of Pelle Moda suede pumps, size 5.5. They fit me beautifully and are very comfortable. Inside the heels there is a cushion that stops one’s feet from shifting in the shoes and lifting out. These new pumps do not fit at all in 5.5 they are too narrow, even with a little stretch they would not fit. The year old pumps have a heel grip built into the back of the shoes. The new ones do not, therefor no point in buying the 6 because even though the width should be a little better I would most likely walk out of the back of them.

The midnight color appears so faded it looks worn and the back was rigid and stiff. It also came in a beaten up shoebox with a rubberband around it. For this price point, I expect some quality control before sending to the customer. The discomfort and worn appearance combined with the shipping container was enough to make me return it.

I opened the box tried on a shoe and when I removed it I looked at the pair: they arrived like they had been scuffed all over the suede. No tissue in the show box. The box was beaten up. Soles didn’t look worn so this must have happened in the warehouse and/or in transit. Returning
