What it is: An adaptogenic blend of reishi mushroom extract, eleuthero root, ashwagandha and cocoa carefully crafted to promote overall well-being.

What it does: Balance My Stress uses adaptogens to help protect against stress, and medicinal mushroom extracts and herbs to help decrease fatigue, protect the immune system and improve blood flow. Note: Peak and Valley only uses the fruiting body (not mycelium) for all mushroom extracts. The reishi extract contains over 35% Beta-D-Glucans.

How to use: Use 1 teaspon per serving. The blend has a chocolatey, earthy and slightly bitter taste that pairs well with coffee, milks and tea. Can be taken at any time of day. Daily use is recommended.
