Weightless Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 45

I’m a loyal PCA skincare user. I love their products! However, I’m disappointed that they changed the formula of this sunscreen! Now, it feels oily and heavier than the original version. The texture almost feels like the sheer tint version, which I use when I want to look “nicer” without putting on makeup. This one I use for when I go for a run/walk, workout or just in the house. It was working fine, why change it? *sigh* I’m using the new tube I bought and will continue to do so until it’s finished. I haven’t decided though if I will buy it again or look for another sunscreen. Pls bring the old formula back!

I give this one star for the SPF 45 in it. This goes on pasty. I'm fair and this made my skin even whiter and pastier looking. Upon application it felt like the paste glue we used to use when I was in kindergarten. An hour after application it was still sticky and tacky. I would not call this weightless protection. I was very aware of it being on my skin the whole time. It also has a weird funky smell. This one is going back.

This is my absolute favorite sunscreen! I wear it everyday and love it. I have tried (and own) many other facial sunscreens but this is the most weightless, light and yet totally effective product I have ever tried. I love that it has a 45 SPF as I have fair skin and lots of damage from my youth and this protects but is never greasy. The white color fades away after application and it is as if you have nothing on - but it's working!

I've been using PCA skincare for many years. My skin LOVES most products. My husband is picky about facial products but does like this sunscreen since it's lightweight and not shiny. I love it because it's white & reduces my redness & acts like an illuminator under foundation, but I like a dewy complexion. It's pricey but I love it so much!
