What it is: A cutting-edge eye cream that strengthens, firms and lifts the skin around the entire eye area, including the eyelid.

What it does: Optical diffusers provide instant brightness, and powerful ingredients within the formula treat dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles and sagging eyelids simultaneously. It can be applied directly to the eyelid to firm and lift.

How to use: After cleansing and applying your treatment serum, pat a small amount around the eye area and directly onto the eyelid twice daily. Follow with your broad-spectrum protection in the daytime or moisturizer in the evening. Use twice daily.

Best eye cream

I have been using the eye cream for a month and have less puffiness and nice reduction in fine lines. I see much tighter and smoother skin around my eyes. Goes on really smooth and powder over it goes on well without any flaking or clumping. I use morning and night and a little dab goes a long way!

Not what I expected…

This product sits on top of the skin and feels clumpy and smooth. It is not what I have come to expect from PCA. I am disappointed and how it goes on.

Was hoping for more hydration

I have extremely dry, dehydrated under eyes. I'm young, but because I'm so dry, I'm noticing fine lines under my eyes. I was looking for something very hydrating to counteract that; however, I think this just didn't have enough moisture or hydration for me to continue use. I also didn't notice any improvement in my fine lines.

This product sits on top of the skin and feels clumpy and smooth. It is not what I have come to expect from PCA. I am disappointed and how it goes on.

Expired product, wish I could try it!

I really would like to try this product, but Nordstrom has sent me an expired product twice now. The expiration date is 4/2025 and today is 4/2/2025. Very disappointed!

Not worth the money

I bought this cream a month ago. It doesn't absorb at all, and just sits on my skin. I can't use it during the day because it smears under makeup even afteer waiting an hour. So far no noticable changes in the skin around my eyes. Very expensive for no results, I won't purchase this one again.

Non-absorbing Cream

This cream leaves a white residue of lotion on my skin unless I rub it in hard. And rubbing the tender skin around the eye is not conducive to supple soft skin.

Mixed feelings

I had high hopes for this. It arrived with some of it leaking out from the top. The oil was, and still is separated from the cream part which makes it impossible for the "little dab" needed. I will say it does tighten better than the other version of Ideal Complex which I have used for years. I just am very disappointed in the consistency of this version.
