Lightweight & Clear, But With Some Quirks
The clarity of the glass lenses is top-notch, exactly what you expect from Maui Jim. They're also surprisingly lightweight for glass (around 33g) and the large, slightly boxy lenses provide great coverage while still looking sharp.
However, the bi-gradient lens creates a weird stripe pattern at certain angles, which can be distracting. Also, while they are rated Cat. 3, I found them a bit too bright for intense, full-sun conditions—I was still squinting.
Bottom Line: These are fantastic, high-quality sunglasses for everyday wear. However, if you need something for extreme sun, I’d recommend a version with a full mirror lens instead. (Always check the catgeory of the lens before buying from Maui Jim!)

Finally! Lightweight sunglasses that are wide enough for my Asian face. Very impressed by the clarity of the lenses. I wish the nose pads were a bit more comfortable - maybe cushier? They dig into my nose quite a bit, but otherwise these are perfect.

Great sunglasses
Amazing sun glasses, very light and very comfortable. My only thing, I wish the tint was darker but they still do a great job. Use them for hiking and running and they are great.

I love these sunglasses. I have a larger head and they fit me well, and I love the nose piece as it keeps the glasses from sliding down.
