so comfy
I bought the black Golden Goose and the black Alexander McQueen sneakers hoping to wear one for my upcoming trip to Spain. Both were so uncomfortable I had to take them back the night before my trip. I ask the sales person for a stylish pair of comfortable sneakers and to my horror he directed me to comfort shoes. He had me looking at a lot of really ugly shoes and could tell I was much more stylish than he was giving me credit for. He went into the back and brought out two pairs of Paul Greens and these were one of them. I loved them from the moment they went on. Comfy and cute. Wore them all over Spain and even got compliments. I am now wearying them to work about once a week. Super happy.

Too narrow in the toe box
I regret having to write this negative review because I am actually a proponent of Paul Green for comfort. I like the style and I get compliments when wearing them. I have worn them maybe 5 times on different occasions and developed blisters between the first and second toes on both feet. Be careful before wearing them out to the point of no return. They are too expensive for making a mistake. Someone buying them at Goodwill or EBay may enjoy them.

Dressy Winter sneaker
I wanted a black sneaker like shoe to wear with jeans that was comfortable and had some style. The body of these shoes are a thin suede material that doesn't have a lot of nap. You can't tell they are suede just by looking at them. The gold grommets and patent leather toe cap make these shoes stand out. They have good support and are comfortable. You can walk around in them all day. First day I wore them I got several compliments! The only down side is that they are pricey.

Pretty but sizing is inconsistent
I bought these in white a few months ago and loved them enough to spring for another pair in black. Purchased the same size as before, but the black ones are definitely narrower and run a half size shorter in length.

Disappointed....not comfortable.
These are designed so cute with the gold accents. However, they ARE NOT comfortable which is what I expect from this brand. No padding or arch support whatsoever. I have a closet full and these are the worst.
