Shelly Faux Fur Lined Boot (Women)

This was my first and last PG purchase. After reading the reviews about this boot and others regarding PG sizing in general, I got my usual size - what I wear in all brands for a closed toe shoe. Boots are snug on both feet and the left boot (my left foot is my slightly smaller foot) is also a little narrow. Weird that it’s my smaller foot that’s tight. I can feel the seams in the shoe so I can’t wear these long if I want to avoid blisters on the sides of my feet. A half size up is too big. Aside from fit, they not particularly comfortable. They’re just ok, comparable to shoes that cost a quarter of the price. For the price, I was surprised that faux fur was used and not real wool. This is not a high-end boot. It’s basic, and on sale it’s still way overpriced. Also, Nordstrom really disappointed on this. When I opened the box, the boots were unzipped, obviously had been tossed back in the box without being checked before being given to me, there was a random sticker on one (?) and some dirty-looking smudges on both. I expect that from the aisles of Nordstrom Rack and big box stores but not Nordstrom.
