Carly Low Top Sneaker (Women)

I purchased these shoes last summer and after just a few wears, the blue and white striping faded, and I became increasingly unhappy with the quality. After paying over $350, I am not happy wearing these shoes with the detail fading, As shown in the pictures. I should have returned the shoes last year when it started to happen.

Contrary to all of the 5 Star Reviews, I found this shoe to be a quality disappointment. The leather is a thin split cowhide bonded to a terrycloth lining / the shoe lacks basic structural integrity of a thicker full grain leather. Yes, the leather of this shoe is soft & comfy - but unless your foot structure is perfection, every bone & bumpy toe shows through the thin leather. Additionally, I can only assume that this shoe will badly stretch out of shape with wear because of the thinness of the leather. Prices for stylish white leather sneakers are sky-high nowadays, and while this price point is $150 - $200 less than the super premium brands, "you get what you pay for". I had high hopes for this sneaker because of Paul Green's reputation, but I am returning this shoe. I feel that it is overpriced for "what it is".
