Exactly what I was looking for
I'm 31 and have just started dealing with fine lines under my eyes. I decided to try these patches because I love the Illuminate and Hydrate masks. The product comes with a little spatula that is meant to help you pick up a patch, but I also used it to hold one end of the patch while I gently held the other end with the tips of my pointer finger and thumb. It was a bit tricky trying to position the patch close to my lash line (since this is where my fine lines are concentrated), but I was able to get it in place quickly. I left the patch on for longer than the recommended five minutes--probably around 10-15 minutes. After I felt enough time had lapsed, I pulled up the patch and flipped it up to place it on top of my lid because there should be some product on the other side if you're careful when first placing the patch under your eye (the skinny end should be at your outer corner). I did this at the recommendation of the saleswoman (who also told me it was okay to leave it on for longer than five minutes and that I didn't have to use the patch everyday).
The results were impressive, without any tingling or irritation. It has been several days and my under-eye area still looks nice and smooth (minimal lines). Since I do not have very bad discoloration or bags, I can't speak to the effectiveness for those issues. The only time I have puffiness or discoloration would be in the mornings right after waking up, but the patches would probably help if I applied them while getting ready. However, I do not intend to use these patches daily because of the cost, so I will likely use them two to three times per week.

Disappointed
After using these patches, i didn't notice any change in my under eye skin area. I also ended up returning these because there was so much liquid in the jar that it was gooey like. After applying the patches, balls of sticky substance were all over my face. I also tried putting on concealer after my eye area dried, but the makeup just gooped up and I had to remove it all and start over with a clean face.

I'm on the fence about these
Should have read the reviews. I typically used these before makeup application. It does a good job hydrating the under eye area but pills like crazy (even when gently patting in the excess product). I'd almost always end up having to rinse off the product before doing my makeup which made me feel like I wasn't getting the full benefit. Another thing is the SHAPE of the patches!! They fit with like half the patch going on your cheek and the little smaller end doesn't reach the outer portion of the eye area enough. I tried wearing them with the smaller end on the inside of my eye and vise versa with it on the outside. Either way the fit was bad. Also heres a tip: when you first get them store them upside down. When they were new the patches on top were a bit dry and it wasn't til I reached the halfway point that I realized the bottom ones were way over saturated with the serum to the point of dripping down my face.

Not worth it
The shape of the patches are odd. They don’t fit around the eye entirely regardless which way you use them. I don’t think they are worth the money.

I loved this eyepatches. Hydrogel is thin and cause it this they don’t slide all over the face. Works with puffiness in the morning and dark circles. I put them in the fridge so can last longer.
