Comfy and cozy!
This is the 3rd Pategonia coat I've purchased this year, trying to find just the right one for the chill of Utah! I wanted a coat that didn't need layering and was just right for everyday, and I found it with the Jackson Glacier. Its warm, but not too warm and perfect for walking the dog and other outside activities. Its WARM and doesn't need any layering, but that could be a downside for some who need to control their temps more with skiing or snowboarding.

Runs small!
This jacket runs small! I had to re-order it in a larger size and it fits perfectly! This is THE perfect puffer coat! I love it and feel like I will love it for many years to come!

Really nice high quality warm coat
Very warm coat. Water resistant finish is great for short duration walks in light rain. I'm 5'5", 150lbs and large was perfect. This will be a great city coat. Probably too bulky (and hot) to use under a hard shell for skiing or hiking. Zippers work well and are just the right size (not too small like some Arc'teryx jackets) seem like they will be very durable. Really nice high quality coat.
