What it is: A gravity-defying mascara that delivers instant volume, multidimensional length and weightless lift in a single stroke.
What it does: The gel-hybrid formula glides on evenly and effortlessly, with pitch-black micro-fine cream pigments that transform with luxurious volume and exaggerated effects. Powerful contoured brush sculpts lashes and loads them with texture to extend and curl.
How to use: Holding the mascara wand horizontally, firmly push into the roots of your upper lash line to deposit a major dose of pigment, wiggling left and right as you pull the wand towards the tips of the lashes.

Not satisfied
Although Pat McGrath is world renowed for her make-up products, I found this trial size mascara completely dried out when applying.

Dark star mascara
Someone recommended this to me as the best. I have been using Clinique fot at least 20 years. I find the Clinique to be a little creamier and prefer that better. This one seemed much drier for application. Good mascara but ordered another Clinique.

Instant Volume
This is a great mascara if you’re looking for volume and drama. Although it’s a drier formula, it’s lasted me a long time and hasn’t dried out on me. I’m very picky with mascaras because I have very short and sparse lashes so I reach for mascaras that immediately give me volume. I don’t have time or patience to reapply multiple layers, and I get what i’m looking for right off the bat with this mascara.
If you have full and dense lashes this is probably not the mascara for you. Know how to shop for the right mascara according to your lash type instead of bashing formulas that aren’t catered to your needs.

Fluffy Lashes
I really like this formula. It’s not flaky, a little goes a long way, and it has a feathery finish. Very nice, classic mascara.
