Great everyday commuter and travel bag
I've been using this bag everyday for a few years. It is durable, and I can fill it to the top without any issues. It is comfortable to carry for a long day, and sits well. The extendible helmet pocket is great for shoes and other things you don't want to put in the main compartment. Water bottle holders are spacious and glasses/key pocket is handy. Rain cover is nice too.

Not Comfortable
The organization of the bag is perfect supper good and nice also the quality is superb the fabric, the zippers, the cup holders, and the pockets are well made "good job".
But the shoulder straps are not comfortable at all. I purchased this backpack to use while cycling since I commute by road bike and if you want it for that keep in mind it's not comfortable at all. When I tried to commute with this backpack, I couldn't wait to get back home and remove it cause of the pain caused to my shoulders.
Also, the width of the shoulder straps is so small that you can not adjust it so if you got big shoulders it going to be painful. The thickness of the strap is small and the foam inside I don't believe it is foam it's so hard material and painful. JUST NOT COMFORTABLE.
I wish the backpack was comfortable to wear but unfortunately it's not.
If they fix the shoulders straps it would be a great backpack..

High Quality Bag - Really Comfortable
I bought this bag primarily for use during travel, as well as occasional trips to the office. It's size is about right for those needs - a little bigger than a "normal" office bag, and certainly not a replacement for a carry on. It doesn't expand much width-wise, but I was easily able to pack way more than my wife thought in it, including a heavy load that very comfortable.

Don’t expect much this packback
It is a backpack that has pockets that are not practical due to position or size. In the second main pocket, it has a cardboard plate (or something like that) that makes it uncomfortable to carry and use things other than a laptop. Finally, it is a good size, but it is not enough to fit clothes and a laptop on a trip.

A great everyday backpack.
It is THE best all around back pack I use everyday. It has the right durable materials, proportion of storage, location of storage, the rain cover is the icing on the cake.
