Gender Inclusive Linen Robe

Finding a high quality linen robe is surprisingly hard, and this ended up being a great buy. I agree with another review that said it runs small (especially for unisex). I normally wear small tops and size 6 bottoms, and ended up needing a medium in this robe. Good news is that this robe is not see through. With linen, you have to be careful about that!

I really like this robe. It is good quality and very comfortable. However, for a unisex piece it runs very small. Definitely order up a size. The length is fine but it has very little overlap in the front. I am usually a medium in women’s sizes so I ordered a medium. I would prefer more overlap.

Ladies, unless you have an adolescent figure, there is not enough overlap of fabric across the chest. I suppose you could wear the robe over your pajamas, but if you try to wear it alone, it will show more skin than what is normal for a wrap robe, and you could accidentally expose more that you want to. I had to return it. BTW, a larger size does not fix this problem. I tried on a friend’s XL, and the center chest area was still exposed. It’s simply designed for a man’s chest. It’s a shame, because the linen fabric is wonderful.
