Excellent, supportive 100% Down

I bought the firm version and it is AWESOME! I have neck issues and need good support without too much support. The firm version allowed my head to sink in and still be supported.

beware of mold

I had these for less than two months. I accidentally spilled coffee on the pillow while having breakfast in bed and thankfully I did. While I was rinsing it out, I noticed underneath, there was a ton of black spots - it was mold! Can’t believe for such a high-end brand, that they don’t store them properly in their warehouses that mold gets in them. This is absolutely disappointing.

Too flat and too flimsy.

Pillow is super soft and lightweight but even in firm doesn’t have enough stuffing.

Best gift!

So cushiony...no neck pain!

Fantastic pillow! No wonder it's called, "Parachute." You just drift down into sleep. The down rebounds so well. Good support. I'm a back and side sleeper. My neck feels so much better.
