So comfortable and stylish!
These Birks are so comfortable and great to walk in with the back strap. I want to wear them everywhere but got them to wear in Europe. Wasn’t sure I loved the chunkiness of them but they’ve really grown on me and now I think they look cute with everything I wear them with!

Initial pair had been worn, box damaged . . .replacement pair box crushed, shoes were worn, no tissue nor "new" wrap . . .special Xmas gift for daughter, paid full price $220 . . .Nordstrom wore me down with off shore reps, lack of follow thru.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Just received these Birkenstock Papillio and they are used and dirty and received in a crushed box!!! I would not even put my feet in these ashy shoes! I paid full price for these at $220 and EXPECTED them to be NEW and in pristine condition. Com’on Nordstrom train your lazy staff to (NQC) damage these out!!! I paid full price and ordered from Nordstrom thinking I was going to receive a brand new pair of shoes and I was very disappointed! This is happening way too often with nordstrom.com orders!!! Horrible experience with Nordstrom and will be going directly to Birkenstock to order. Nordstrom’s reputation is going down hill and that is very shameful and disgraceful!!!

These shoes came in a white box, not its original. They look like someone was wearing them around their house. One sandal is actually coming apart. Strap is pulling apart from shoe. Nordstrom is going downhill. Now I have to return.
