LOVE LOVE LOVE
I remember having a pair of birkenstocks 20 years ago. I got this one with the platform and the houndstooth print. They DEFINITELY RUN BIG. I am a 10 and got the size 9s and they fit PERFECT!
With Birks you gotta wear them at least twice to get the REAL comfort of them.
Super comfy.
They're versatile enough for a long maxi or some shorts in the summer.
Definite summer "go-to" shoe.

So uncomfortable
My first time buying birkenstocks, and i bought these because i liked the platform and for walking, thinking they are comfortable... They are the most uncomfortable shoes ever! My back is ruined for life! Am i the only one with that problem? :( and i was so excited to get these

Scratchy Birkoflor...bring back real patent!
While it is great to use man made faux leather to replace genuine leather for conservation , if you cannot find smooth materials, then do not do it. The price of this brand still remains high but the quality is dwindling. They are going back.

Love the platform look!
I got these in the knotted black color. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in shoes but always order Birkenstocks in the 37 and they fit perfectly. I would consider ordering them in a half size smaller if you want a more fitted look and fit. The buckets do adjust so you can tighten them to fit your foot. I would love to see this style in more colors in the future.

Size too big
After weeks of waiting it finally arrived.... Only to be disappointed. I usually wear a 36EU, but this 36EU is way too big. Not sure if it's because it's a licensed brand of Birkenstock and maybe they don't go by the same sizing? Sandal itself was very comfy, and not to mention very stylish. I wish they came in a smaller size :( Unfortunately these sandals are going back to Nordies :(

Hard as a rock
Platform is subtle, which I personally like. Overall the shoe is cute and true to size - but the footbed is very hard and inflexible. I suppose this is probably like other Birkenstocks, so I could probably get past it with regular wear but I'm going to return them and opt for sandals that don't require a painful break-in period. Life's too short.
