Mamas beware!
I was eager to try this on my baby after seeing it all over social media. What can I say...I'm a sucker for the cute branding! Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this particular lotion in the ABC kit. It made my baby break out in horrible hives on his face and body! His poor skin was red hot to the touch. It took a call to the pediatrician, some acetaminophen and hydrocortisone cream to make it go away. My son does not have sensitive skin for an infant. No dryness, no eczema, no baby acne and no known allergies. He has never had this sort of reaction to any other lotion that I have put on him, and we have tried all sorts of brands since he was born. Despite purporting to be a clean and gentle brand for kiddos, there is clearly an ingredient in this that is not so clean and gentle. If this could cause a reaction in my baby with no skin sensitivities, please exercise caution when using it on your little babe!
