Paloma Sun Hat

Whoever packed this hat clearly doesn’t like their job and has zero respect for the products Nordstrom sells. It came wrinkled up in a tiny box when it should’ve been packaged in a box double the size without any protection. For $150 hat, I expect much more. To add insult to injury, when I called customer service to ask them to expedite a replacement so I can take it on my vacation, which is the reason I purchased it, their response was “we can’t do that, but we can give you a full refund”. Honestly, Nordstrom has been slipping a lot lately, sending me the wrong size jeans twice and now waiting on the third and now this hat situation. Someone please look into the warehouse issues.

The hat itself is very cute, fits nicely, and the quality is great—exactly what I was looking for! Unfortunately, the shipping completely ruined it. It was packed in a box that was way too small, and the hat arrived crushed and misshapen. It was so warped that I couldn’t fix it and had to return it. Really disappointing, because the hat is beautiful otherwise. I hope they improve their packaging in the future—this could have been a 5-star purchase.
