Paloma Spike Leather Wallet on a Chain

The wallet itself would have been perfect. The craftsmanship was beautiful, the colors and quality. My issue here is that I purchased it online. It arrived within two days, and when I opened it, the wallet was in its dust bag but the wallet itself was scuffed, scratched and was clearly worn. The interior price tag inside the wallet was worn out as well. I have a feeling someone used it, returned it and then Nordstrom without inspection, re-sold it. For over a THOUSAND dollars.. you would think they would have been more mindful. I returned it and will repurchase elsewhere. Lesson learned, purchase in person so you know what you are getting.
