Paisley Cotton Blend Short Sleeve Sweater

I loved the pretty cobalt color on the website though it's a bit more faded in "real life"--and this short-sleeve sweater runs quite small (1 to 2 sizes smaller than expected). The bigger disappointment is how rough the fabric is and the design placement of the large curved paisley elements was very unfortunate on the sweater I received as two of the paisleys were right across the bust with one on each side. This definitely looked very awkward transforming this from being a nice casual-to-dressy top to a look that could be embarrassing. It's likely each sweater is cut with those designs in varying places though the one I received was not something I could wear. I had hoped that the fabric would be smooth to the touch, but it's quite rough.
