paint splatter is more like screen print.
They are definitely wooly wool, so very seasonal! I was expecting the paint splatters to be real paint but actually more of a screen print- so that looks fake to me- but still super cute! Worth it for the sale price. Go with your R13 size unless you have a smaller waistline, then you could size down bc of the fuller wide leg. Oh, and they are NOT itchy! :)
