Paint Splatter Ripped Knee Skinny Jeans

I was lucky to find of these 40x35 Purple Paint Splatter Jeans. Unfortunately they were in the mailbox for a couple of days without me knowing. Then when i finally opened my package super excitedly, i notice there was no back pocket purple tag or no tag hanging from the belt loop like my previously purple jeans i had purchased from Nordstrom. The only reason i am upset is because in the demo video it clearly has the same pair with both tags present and the stylist stating that these jeans come with the tags. When i called Nordstrom directly they only stated that they can offer me a refund. I don’t want no refund, i like the jeans. I want my jeans to come correct as advertised. This is considered false advertisement.
