received wrong item twice
I wouldn’t know because they shipped the wrong item twice! I received crossbody rhodium instead of the iridescent paillete wristlet. I ordered again and they sent the wrong one again. Both times I inspected the labeling (having worked as a fashion buyer) I already knew it was a labeling issue. The manufacture UPC was for the rhodium crossbody and the Nordstrom UPC was for the iridescent pailette. Someone was definitely sleeping on the job. Very disappointed as this phone wristlet is hard to find.

but quality isn't there. The discs and metal get scratched up so quickly. also detaches easily when worn as a wristlet.

came without the little connectors
Love this but came without the little connectors. Was going to do the whole return situation but such a hassle so I ordered 8mm ball chain connectors on Amazon lol A lot of people are telling me that I have finite time until this chain inevitably breaks but tbd!

so disappointed
I'm so sad - I actually love this wrist strap and think it's so cute, but I just opened it from the packaging 30 seconds ago and it's damaged. The discs are all scratched (every single disc) and it appears as though the wrist strap has been used. Very disappointed and will be returning.
