'Transcend - Margot' High Rise Ultra Skinny Stretch Jeans

These jeans are beautiful- soft and a perfect dark wash. I love the high waist, holds in any unwanted parts around the middle and keeps you with a lean silhouette. The one star off is cause they are just so long. I'm only 5'1 and with the size I needed there was about a foot of extra fabric, and by the time I have that much hemmed, they aren't skinny jeans anymore, more of a straight or even mini boot. Wish Nordstrom carried more petite designer jeans.

Normally I wear a 27 but I ordered one size down and they fit perfectly. These are my new favorite jeans!

I usually wear a 25 in most upscale denim, 25 in Paige, 26 in Rag and Bone. I bought these looking for an extra pair of high rise ankle jeans to take on a trip. I didn't have time to try them on before I left; they arrived just a couple of hours before leaving for the airport. When I finally put them on when enduring some colder weather, I could have sworn I was sent a 27 and not a 25. They were very baggy through the knees and were probably 3 inches too long. The high rise was comfortable, but also too big on my waist. I should have prepared better and ordered these several weeks in advance instead of one week.

These jeans do not run small. A 27 is a size 6. I always wear a 27 and they fit perfectly but if they stretch they will be too big so I am returning them. They are a nice soft denim and very comfortable.
