I could have dealt with it running small (almost a half size) and the narrowness, but the material is very rough at the ankles due to the gusset and within 30 seconds was rubbing my ankles raw. Too small to wear a thin sock and no choice to order larger size. Had to pass. Sad.

I love the look of this shoe, but for this price, it is absolutely not worth the discomfort. It is SO hard to get the shoe on and off because there are no zippers. Also, the shoe is very narrow. I was sitting down at work and then suddenly my left foot in the shoe starting throbbing with pain from being squeezed all day. Very disappointing because the shoe looks very chic and I love Paige denim. I'll be returning these shoes.

This brand runs about half a size small, just like Rag & Bone. I normally wear a size 6 in Nike and 5.5 in Adidas, but I need a 6.5 in this brand if I want to wear socks. A size 6 fits fine without socks. I ended up returning the size 6 and ordering a 6.5 instead. I recommend going up half a size for a more comfortable fit.

I ordered these during the last Nordstrom anniversary sale and have worn them dozens of times to try to break them in and they are still just so uncomfortable. The wooden heel is so hard and the padding on the front does nothing to make the toe box more comfortable. I am usually an 8/8.5 and ordered an 8.5 and they are still snug so if you’re between sizes definitely size up at least a full size. It’s a shame because they’re so cute but they’re the most uncomfortable shoes.
