Packaged in a handy organic-cotton bag, this zero-waste laundry kit comes with everything you need to keep your clothes—and the planet—clean. The 32-ounce laundry detergent from The Simply Co. will clean up to 60 loads of laundry and is made from just three organic and natural ingredients: baking soda, washing soda and castile soap. A 4-ounce stain-stick bar made from saponified coconut oil helps remove stubborn spots with a bit of water. For synthetic textiles, use the washing bag—made of untreated polyamide—that filters and prevents micro plastic from escaping into the water by reducing the breaking of synthetic fibers by 86% on average (any that do break are trapped in the bag and can be easily removed). Felted wool dryer balls with a core of freshly carded wool batting make an ideal, chemical-free alternative to dryer sheets and reduce drying time, wrinkles and static while softening clothes naturally.
