Jack Sneaker (Women)

Okay so- let’s talk sizing regarding the “Jack” style. I am normally a 9 in pretty much all shoes that run true to size. I have read mixed reviews about this style running large and sometimes small for others. I was confused on what size to order so did some additional research on this style and decided to go with the 9.5-10 instead- here is why: I have higher instep and read that this shoe runs narrow around the bridge of the foot ( actual toe box is wider though). It really was pretty tight at first around the bridge area but over a few days has stretched and is perfect. I have narrower feet. The toe box is slightly wide for my foot but thicker socks took care of that. I find that I couldn’t imagine these fitting me with an 8 1/2 - 9 in my normal size- I think toes would have bumped up against toe box. . People have also complained about heel slippage and I have not experienced this- if you do just order a heel guard. I think if didn’t want to tie them and wear them ‘ cool kid’ style, you may experience that slippage. I hope this review helps those on the fence about sizing up or down. I also read that there is special sizing chart for each type of P448 and if you measure foot for each and follow sizing that should help as well. I cannot say if “ The Rack” posts sizing per style or not, as I didn’t follow for ordering these. Thanks - enjoy your Jacks once you wear for a few days so so comfortable!!!
